1.     Purpose

This Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy reflects our dedication to integrity, transparency, and accountability, consistent with the values set forth in our comprehensive Policies & Procedures Manual.

This policy applies to all Directors, employees, contractors, consultants, and business partners associated with Lamal Partners Limited.

  • All personnel must adhere to this Code and complete required training, including annual compliance and anti-bribery training.

  • Directors and Mandate Leads are responsible for embedding ethical conduct within their teams and ensuring adherence to this policy and related procedures.

  • Employees and partners are encouraged to report any violations or concerns through the confidential channels outlined in our Whistleblowing Policy.

 

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Breaches of this Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, legal action, and notification to regulatory authorities.
