Russell Lamming
Mining executive with over 25 years’ experience across exploration, project development, capital markets, and production-stage assets in Africa and international markets. Russell has served as CEO, Chairman, and Director of multiple AIM-listed resource companies, leading assets through delineation, feasibility, capital raising, development, and corporate transactions.
His background combines technical geology, operational leadership, and public market execution, with experience across mining, oil and gas, and mineral processing ventures.
Founder & Director
Andrew Malashewsky
Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience across physical commodity trading, structured finance, and the acquisition, development, and operation of mining and processing assets. Andrew has held senior executive and finance leadership roles spanning trading businesses and resource projects in Africa and North America, including CEO/CFO and Vice President Finance positions through asset acquisition, financing, construction, operations, and successful exit.
His experience covers treasury, working capital structuring, trade execution, debt compliance, governance, and commercial oversight across multi-jurisdictional resource platforms.
Lamal is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals across trade, project development, marketing, execution, logistics, administration and financial oversight.
This broader team helps support the practical requirements of our work, from project evaluation and product assessment through to commercial execution, documentation, controls and market-facing delivery.
